The Registered Dietitian – Dietetics and Geriatrics role is onsite in Tallahassee, FL, with partial remote options and flexible scheduling. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour. CSR Nutrition provides evidence-based nutrition care in long-term, assisted, and independent living settings. The dietitian assesses residents’ nutrition needs, delivers medical nutrition therapy, documents care, and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams. The role also supports dietary service oversight, audits, quality initiatives, and telehealth consultations to promote safe, patient-centered nutrition care.

What you'll do

• Perform comprehensive nutrition assessments and interventions
• deliver medical nutrition therapy aligned with CMS and AHCA standards
• complete required charting
• collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in IDT meetings
• conduct kitchen, supplement, and dining audits and lead QAPI initiatives
• oversee dietary services and menu implementation
• provide telehealth consultations and document using EMR systems and NFPE practices.
