What you'll do

• Provide nursing care within the legal scope of practice and established standards
• assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care
• admit, transfer, and discharge residents
• conduct rounds and update care plans
• document assessments, interventions, and responses
• transcribe physician orders
• administer medications and treatments
• report adverse reactions and resident status
• participate in infection control and emergency procedures
• supervise CNAs and support nursing personnel.
