What you'll do

• Coordinate patient care throughout the surgical process
• perform preoperative assessments and verify readiness
• maintain a safe and efficient operating room
• ensure instruments, equipment, and supplies are available and functioning
• collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and other professionals
• monitor sterile technique and safety protocols
• document procedures, patient status, and nursing interventions
• advocate for patients
• participate in on-call coverage.
