What you'll do

• Oversee accountability and safety for a team of up to 20 employees and up to 110 dogs
• uphold company values
• train and develop team members, provide regular feedback, and deliver performance reviews
• provide customer service
• invoice customer purchases accurately and monitor team accountability
• ensure Dogtopia health and safety policies are followed
• complete assigned special projects and duties.
