Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Manager — Night Shift

The Autonomous Vehicle Fleet Manager role is onsite in San Francisco, CA, on a Monday–Friday, 10 PM–6:30 AM schedule, with occasional weekend work depending on client demand. The stated salary range is $120,000–$140,000 per year, plus an annual performance-based incentive bonus. The manager leads service technicians supporting autonomous vehicles. The role exists to coordinate technician performance and vehicle service so work is completed safely, efficiently, and with minimal vehicle downtime. It also oversees client service, repair orders, inventory, compliance, and billability targets.

What you'll do

• Manage technician hiring, performance, scheduling, and development
• oversee safety, health, environmental compliance, and work quality
• dispatch and balance technician workloads
• assist with troubleshooting
• manage inventory and parts procurement
• oversee repair orders
• monitor billability targets
• resolve customer escalations
• collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
