What you'll do

• Oversee daily crisis-facility operations and safety
• recruit, hire, train, and supervise staff
• maintain 24/7 staff scheduling, including on-call support
• manage the facility budget and provider contracts
• monitor licensing and regulatory compliance
• coordinate staff training, meetings, case reviews, and performance evaluations
• maintain confidentiality and audit records, medication protocols, and safety standards
• oversee intake, crisis intervention, treatment-plan support, care coordination, referrals, and transitional case management
• coordinate facility needs and community outreach.
