What you'll do

• Lead food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance programs across facilities
• develop and improve food safety and quality management systems, procedures, and controls
• oversee HACCP programs and preventive controls
• ensure FDA, USDA/FSIS, FSMA, and GMP compliance
• direct SQF, BRCGS, and other GFSI certification programs and audits
• lead investigations, corrective actions, and root-cause analysis
• oversee sanitation verification, allergen management, environmental monitoring, supplier quality, and food defense
• manage product holds, traceability, mock recalls, and recall preparedness
• collaborate with production and support teams
• monitor quality KPIs and develop FSQA personnel.
