Patient Services Representative — Pharmacy and Infusion Support

What you'll do

• Coordinate patient follow-up, refill assessments, and deliveries
• communicate with patients and caregivers about progress and inventory
• process orders and prepare labels and packing lists
• document in progress notes
• update medication profiles in the EMR for pharmacist review
• coordinate with clinicians, warehouse, and reimbursement teams
• assist pharmacists with laboratory values
• arrange equipment and medical-waste pickups
• protect confidential health information and follow HIPAA guidelines.
