What you'll do

• Serve as the primary post-sales technical contact for North American enterprise customers
• manage onboarding, delivery, installation, configuration, testing, and initial deployment
• support integration of robotic arms, teleoperation systems, and embodied AI platforms
• diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, integration, and performance issues
• coordinate issue resolution with engineering
• deliver demonstrations, training, documentation, and deployment guidance
• support upgrades, field testing, proof-of-concept projects, and customer acceptance
• travel to customer sites as required.
