What you'll do

• Develop and improve grant accounting processes and reporting
• review grant requirements and prepare budgets and reports
• track eligible transactions and allocations
• monitor donor and funding-agency compliance
• process cash receipts and revenue transactions
• reconcile contributions, ticket sales, concession and catering revenue, and Tessitura activity
• prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, forecasts, and financial reports
• administer fellow stipends
• support audits and tax-return schedules
• maintain residential housing revenue records
• support accounting procedures and internal controls.
