What you'll do

• Manage user onboarding, transfers, and offboarding
• provision accounts and equipment
• escalate and monitor support requests
• assist with network, server, cloud, and telecommunications administration
• monitor infrastructure health and backups
• support cybersecurity alerts and remediation
• administer physical security systems
• manage IT inventory and procurement
• coordinate vendors and technology projects
• maintain technical documentation and support business continuity initiatives.
