What you'll do

• Set up tables and dining areas
• prepare meals under the guidance of a dietary manager or cook
• clear dining areas and collect plates and utensils
• wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, and food-service equipment
• maintain clean kitchen surfaces and floors
• dispose of leftovers and trash
• monitor ingredient stock and inventory
• and follow food-safety, sanitation, and infection-control procedures.
