Working alongside the Local Manager, the assistant manager supports seasonal photo operations, team leadership, sales, and guest service to help families enjoy memorable Santa visits and photo experiences.

What you'll do

• Support opening preparations, hiring, inventory, equipment setup and testing, scheduling, training, and opening and closing procedures
• capture photos and help guests select souvenirs
• resolve customer concerns
• reinforce procedures
• troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as needed
• assist with inventory, scheduling, training, recruiting, and administrative tasks.
