What you'll do

• Perform quantity takeoffs and analyze drawings and specifications
• solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier pricing
• assist with bids, budgets, schedules, and forecasts
• track job costs and productivity
• price change orders
• support RFIs, submittals, procurement, billing, and closeout documentation
• visit job sites to verify progress and quantities
• coordinate with field leadership.
