What you'll do

• Assist with store activities and guest service
• process purchases and returns
• answer guest questions and phone calls
• promote reservations and Pro Rewards
• maintain clean, organized, merchandised areas
• complete omnichannel orders
• support inventory control and loss prevention
• conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise
• reconcile transaction totals and complete closeout paperwork
• check shipments and process recalls
• follow opening and closing procedures
• supervise and delegate to Sales Associates when management is absent.
