The Residential Project Coordinator role is onsite in Fairview Heights, IL. Compensation is not specified. The coordinator supports Jacob Sunroom, Exteriors & Baths’ Bath, Sunroom, Deck, and Roofing divisions and helps provide customers with a seamless installation experience. The role exists to coordinate project schedules, communication, materials, records, and subcontractor activity so installation milestones stay on track and customers remain informed. It also provides project managers with support on budgets, costs, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Assist with project timelines and schedules
• coordinate with clients, designers, subcontractors, project managers, and work crews
• track deadlines and milestones
• update clients about progress, changes, or delays
• help manage expectations and resolve minor issues
• order materials, track deliveries, and help manage inventory
• maintain project files, contracts, permits, specification changes, commission changes, and invoices
• prepare reports
• assist project managers with budgets and cost tracking
• process invoices and receipts
• schedule crews, inspections, and walk-throughs.
