What you'll do

• Lead, coach, and support sales representatives working storm-related roofing and exterior opportunities
• work alongside newer and lower-performing representatives to help improve performance and close projects
• monitor sales activity, follow-up, monthly revenue, and team performance
• help maintain a consistent customer experience from initial conversation through sales handoff
• and share field feedback and staffing needs with leadership.
