RTL Power Engineer

What you'll do

• Own and drive activities related to CPU architecture and system-level energy modeling, competitive performance and power analysis, power optimization, simulation, and rollups
• develop power analysis techniques, optimization engines, and tooling solutions
• collaborate with the SoC and CPU Power Team on power analysis, projections, and requirements
• profile typical workloads
• define workloads and tests for battery-life and power analysis
• perform RTL- and gate-level data mining to identify micro-architectural transactions for high-level power estimation.
