The Licensed Affordable Care Act Health Insurance Agent role is remote in eligible states. The role exists to help individuals and families understand Marketplace health plan options and complete enrollment. Agents assess coverage needs, explain plan features, provide consultative service, maintain accurate enrollment records, and meet sales, quality, productivity, and compliance expectations.

What you'll do

• Educate consumers about ACA Marketplace health insurance options
• assess individual and family coverage needs
• explain premiums, deductibles, copays, networks, and prescription coverage
• guide applications and enrollment
• provide customer service
• maintain accurate customer and enrollment records
• follow up as required
• meet sales, conversion, quality, productivity, attendance, and customer experience expectations
• maintain applicable compliance, licenses, certifications, appointments, and Marketplace credentials.
