What you'll do

• Assist operations leadership and the chief pilot with dispatching charter and medical flights and tracking aircraft
• collect trip and passenger information
• prepare flight paperwork and arrange ground handling and fueling
• resolve cancellations, delays, diversions, and mechanical interruptions
• obtain landing clearances
• coordinate destination services and ground transportation
• open and close company flight plans.
