The Food Prep Attendant – Airport Lounge role is onsite at the Gerald R. Ford International Airport in Grand Rapids, MI. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour. The role supports food service at The Club airport lounge operated by Hyde Park Hospitality. The position exists to prepare and serve food while maintaining a clean, healthy lounge environment for customers. It handles food preparation, buffet restocking, food storage and labeling, sanitation, inventory assistance, and related service-area tasks.

What you'll do

• Clean, portion, cut, or peel food for cooking or serving
• prepare foods according to customer orders or supervisor instructions
• portion and arrange food for service
• prepare and serve beverages
• transport supplies and utensils
• store food using FIFO procedures
• set up and restock the buffet
• assist with inventory counts
• clean work areas and equipment
• label prepared food and complete food safety logs
• wash dishes and assist with lounge cleaning and trash removal.
