What you'll do

• Coordinate scientific testing programs by reviewing protocols, methods, client requests, quotations, purchase orders, and technical documentation. Track study records, timelines, and deliverables in LIMS and internal databases
• coordinate with laboratory, quality, stability, sample management, analytical, finance, business development, and client services teams. Serve as a client contact, communicate project progress, monitor scope and milestones, support change orders and budget updates, assist with invoice review, and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Why this role
