What you'll do

• Sort and rinse dishes, glassware, tableware, and utensils
• operate the dish machine and rewash soiled items
• carry and store clean dishes
• change dishwater as needed
• remove trash
• clean the back dock, floors, mats, and dish area
• fill and empty the three-compartment sink
• assemble and disassemble the dish machine
• notify a manager when wash or rinse temperatures fall below safety standards
• follow the kitchen closing checklist.
