What you'll do

• Conduct dedicated security services according to site instructions and post orders
• write accurate reports using company technology and web- or app-based software
• interact with customers onsite
• report customer or property concerns to supervisors
• care for assigned equipment
• de-escalate issues professionally
• meet shift, timekeeping, appearance, reporting, and service standards
• communicate post-order changes and client needs.
