• Receive and make calls to leads from phone, web, and referral sources
• ask structured case-type questions to assess fit
• send representation forms electronically and follow up for signatures
• update the case management system with accurate status notes
• record signed leads and contract dates and upload agreements
• coordinate client handoffs
• communicate lead status to referral partners
• troubleshoot connection and signing issues.
