This role exists to provide expert tax advice and preparation services to in-person customers, helping them navigate complex tax situations while building long-term client relationships. The professional acts as a community ambassador for TurboTax, driving local engagement and ensuring a high-quality, personalized customer experience.

What you'll do

• Provide full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, calculations, and software support.
• Engage with new prospects, nurture leads, and convert them into long-term clients through proactive outreach.
• Lead and participate in local marketing efforts to make tax topics accessible.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize refunds and minimize liabilities.
• Interact with customers both in-person and through video communication tools.
