Utility Technician

The Utility Technician is an onsite role based in Boise, ID, with a pay range of $21.66 – $30.33 per hour. This position supports the operations team at United Site Services, an industry leader in comprehensive site services. The role is responsible for operating various Class A, B, and/or C vehicles to support operational needs, including servicing portable restrooms, holding tanks, and delivering fencing materials. The technician ensures high-quality service delivery while maintaining compliance with safety standards.

What you'll do

• Conduct daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspection and report deficiencies to shop immediately.
• Operate service truck to and from pre-designated work sites.
• Service portable restrooms, holding tanks, septic tanks, sinks, and showers.
• Maintain telephone or radio contact with dispatch.
• Maintain truck log according to state and federal regulations.
• Operate flat bed truck to deliver or pick-up portable restroom units.
• Operate fence truck to deliver or pick-up fence materials.
• Act as a lead on fence jobs and operate fence installation equipment.
