Inventory Coordinator

The Inventory Coordinator role is onsite in Holbrook, AZ, with a Monday–Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Pay is $17.25–$19 per hour. Through counts, reconciliations, reporting, and process improvements, the role helps maintain reliable inventory records and support order fulfillment.

What you'll do

• Conduct inventory inspections, counts, and monthly audits across production areas
• reconcile physical and system inventory and verify finished goods received from manufacturing
• assist with lost SKU investigations and document discrepancies
• pick, pull, and sticker finished goods as needed
• maintain inventory data for internal and state regulatory compliance
• prepare weekly compliance reports and support audit needs
• train staff on data collection, auditing, and inventory practices
• identify improvements to tracking, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency.
