Project Superintendent — Georgia Region

What you'll do

• Maintain construction schedules and completion dates
• contribute to scheduling exercises
• manage project budgets and identify value-engineering opportunities
• supervise onsite subcontractors, laborers, and staff
• verify construction quality and measurements
• ensure compliance with construction codes and safety requirements
• conduct weekly safety meetings
• resolve onsite construction questions
• coordinate deliveries
• ensure EarthCraft requirements and documentation
• represent projects at company and owner meetings.
