Job overview

What you'll do

  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, mobility, and companionship
  • follow individualized plans of care
  • observe and report changes in condition
  • follow infection prevention and safety procedures
  • assist with repositioning and skin integrity
  • complete delegated tasks appropriate to training and certification
  • maintain documentation
  • communicate with clients, families, and the healthcare team
  • complete required education and certifications.
