What you'll do

• Coordinate resident care schedules and records
• maintain required logs
• retrieve signed physician orders
• assist with training new Care Managers and Medication Technicians
• review medication administration processes and records
• support audits and compliance
• report changes in resident condition
• arrange appointments and transportation
• assist residents during meals
• conduct building rounds
• and participate in the Manager on Duty program and weekend call rotation.
