What you'll do

• Resolve or coordinate resolution of complex application issues
• support CAD/BIM and GIS platforms, version standards, workspaces, add-in compatibility, and workstation performance
• build, test, and maintain application packages and deployment automation
• test updates and patches
• administer licenses and monitor utilization and compliance
• implement application monitoring and drive fixes and automation
• mentor Application Administrator I and Service Desk staff
• maintain documentation and knowledge base.
