What you'll do

• Oversee inbound, inventory management, asset processing, outbound, and reverse logistics
• manage performance against SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and customer expectations
• lead and coach Warehouse Leads
• plan labor and workforce allocation
• maintain performance reporting and analyze operational data
• lead continuous improvement and standardization
• maintain SOPs
• support audits, compliance, safety, and inventory accuracy
• communicate with stakeholders and the Service Delivery Manager.
