What you'll do

• Lead COA licensing and translation implementation strategy
• partner with asset and study teams on program goals and early COA planning
• develop therapeutic-area strategic account plans
• identify COA needs with HEOR and CSL
• coordinate program-management deliverables and cross-functional alignment
• define and monitor KPIs
• maintain program documentation
• identify and escalate execution risks
• improve end-to-end processes and external stakeholder relationships
• hire, coach, manage, train, and develop direct reports.
