What you'll do

• Handle bi-weekly payroll for exempt and non-exempt staff
• verify timesheets, worked hours, PTO, and overtime and apply adjustments
• gather and code time records for HR
• analyze and resolve discrepancies
• respond to employee payroll questions
• process wage attachments
• maintain deduction records and reconcile payables
• assist with payroll-related general ledger reconciliations and reports
• maintain confidentiality
• provide backup for payroll colleagues.
