What you'll do

• Manage complex litigation involving bodily injury, property damage, coverage disputes, and other high-exposure matters
• oversee litigation strategy, budgets, settlement requests, and trial preparation
• evaluate liability, damages, and exposure
• select and monitor outside counsel
• review medical and legal records
• advise claims leaders on evaluations and negotiations
• support coverage analysis, compliance, training, and litigation process improvement.
