What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and support engineers
• oversee fire and life safety, mechanical, electrical, and building automation systems
• develop preventive, corrective, and reliability maintenance plans
• inspect and monitor equipment
• improve equipment uptime and maintenance practices
• identify and address building safety hazards
• oversee contractors and contracted maintenance staff and vendors
• maintain building-round, meter, and maintenance records
• order supplies and materials.
