What you'll do

• Configure and administer WebEOC or similar enterprise applications
• configure forms, workflows, routing logic, role-based access controls, and settings
• develop Power BI dashboards and reports
• implement low-code workflow automations using Microsoft 365 technologies
• troubleshoot user issues and provide technical guidance
• use AI tools in accordance with government-approved governance practices
• maintain technical documentation, runbooks, and training materials
• support configuration management, change control, testing, sustainment, and emergency operations as required.
