What you'll do

• Provide hands-on resident care and assistance with activities of daily living
• observe, report, and document changes in resident condition
• respond to call bells
• assist with meals, laundry, and room cleanliness
• assist with medication passes and documentation
• maintain medication supplies and records
• take and record vital signs.
