• Develop department manuals describing procedures, policies, and guidelines
• gather and verify information with department managers
• update manuals for procedural, policy, and regulatory changes
• review and revise compliance documents with the Compliance Director
• format, edit, and publish documents to company standards
• maintain a version-controlled document repository
• improve documentation processes based on feedback and best practices.
