What you'll do

• Conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and skills assessments
• design treatment plans and individualized positive behavior and skill-acquisition plans
• supervise and train ABA technicians
• model and monitor implementation
• graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries
• support family conversations about assessment results and recommendations.
