What you'll do

• Inspect and make minor to moderately complex repairs to HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, door hardware, structures, and equipment
• support daily building systems and safety program operations
• monitor contractors and suppliers
• store and issue materials
• operate power and hand tools
• repair custodial equipment
• perform welding as needed
• communicate with the Facility Manager and document inspections and modifications.
