What you'll do

• Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based techniques
• collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on individualized treatment plans
• maintain client records, progress notes, and treatment documentation
• refer clients to other providers when clinically appropriate
• communicate the social work role to the healthcare team and participate in care planning
• provide employee assistance on request
• administer evidence-based screenings and assessments.
