What you'll do

  • Provide direct ABA therapy as needed
  • train staff and family members in skills acquisition and behavior reduction strategies
  • conduct functional behavior assessments
  • develop and modify behavior and treatment plans based on assessment and data
  • lead weekly supervision and clinical management meetings with behavior technicians
  • review and sign off on technician training
  • submit session notes within 48 hours
  • maintain client records and data systems
  • analyze progress and treatment integrity
  • consult with caregivers and professionals
  • maintain confidentiality and ethical practice.
