What you'll do

• Provide accurate customer service and answer or direct questions
• lead sales-floor tours and make product recommendations based on product research
• explain patient and member benefits, discounts, coupons, and promotions
• encourage memberships for medical guests
• follow product-handling, safety, health, and regulatory procedures
• stock retail items and supplies
• maintain store cleanliness
• operate a cash register, POS system, and cash drawer
• work with the team to meet sales, guest satisfaction, and compliance goals.

Why this role
