Maintenance Assistant

The Maintenance Assistant role is onsite in Boise, ID. Compensation is $20–$22.70 per hour. What you'll do

• Perform maintenance and housekeeping duties
• complete service requests and repairs for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• perform basic plumbing and minor electrical repairs
• repair appliances and fixtures
• paint and refurbish
• work on heating, air, and refrigeration systems
• maintain carpets and hard surfaces
• prepare rooms as assigned
• may respond to emergency calls outside scheduled hours.
