What you'll do

• Oversee daily operations of the renewable natural gas facility, digesters, gas upgrading, utilities, and feedstock handling
• develop operating procedures
• monitor KPIs and improve uptime
• lead root-cause investigations
• support preventive and predictive maintenance
• oversee safety and environmental compliance
• supervise and develop personnel
• manage staffing schedules and operating budgets
• coordinate regulatory inspections and records
• maintain stakeholder relationships
• implement process improvements.
