Shimmick’s Project Monarch team is delivering a mission-critical data center campus and its electrical infrastructure. This role coordinates project and field activities so construction work can progress against schedule, cost, quality, and safety requirements. It supports communication among project leadership, subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews while maintaining the documentation and controls needed to deliver the project.

What you'll do

• Assist with day-to-day project activities and field operations
• review drawings, specifications, and submittals
• prepare and track RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
• coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field crews
• support cost control, scheduling, and quality assurance
• monitor safety and environmental compliance
• facilitate stakeholder communication.
