Project Development Lead

What you'll do

• Manage budgets, schedules, and advancement of early- and mid-stage projects and support late-stage projects
• evaluate markets and identify development, acquisition, and partnership opportunities
• manage project risks
• work with commercial and finance teams on financial models and technology evaluation
• represent the company with officials, regulators, utilities, and stakeholders
• manage consultants, contractors, and land agents
• lead land negotiations
• coordinate interconnection and permitting
• work with engineering and construction teams
• update project data and schedules
• pursue local tax abatements and related agreements.
