What you'll do

• Perform routine physical exams, preventive health screenings, and wellness checks.
• Develop personalized treatment plans and provide health education to patients.
• Collaborate with specialists and coordinate patient care when needed.
• Light phone call coverage required for urgent issues or follow-ups.
• Work alongside a supportive medical team, including mid-level providers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the EMR system.

Experience

MD or DO; Successful completion of a residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine; Experience with or willingness to learn the use of EPIC (EMR)
